The first part of this process is to sand down the pre-made spar and install the lift tabs. Lift tab placement is critical so I measured many times before drilling the mounting holes and literally gluing the bolts in! Once the foam cores are in place there is no access to these bolts, so they have be installed permanently!
The lift tabs are bolted and epoxied in place. They will never come out!
